Position Title: Senior General Manager Sales & Marketing (C&P Department) Location: Flexible Mumbai OR Vadodara Role Purpose: Lead the national sales and marketing strategy for natural industrial minerals targeting plastics, polymers, rubber, and paper industries to achieve business growth and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans for pan-India sales. - Identify, develop, and manage key strategic accounts in the plastics, polymers, rubber, and paper industries. - Collaborate with technical services for new product development, trials, and customer support. - Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and new technology developments. - Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and new market development. - Strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty. Qualification & Experience: - B.E./B.Tech / Graduate / Master Graduate in Science (Chemical, Polymer, Materials Science, or equivalent). - MBA (Marketing or Business Development) preferred. - 15–20 years of experience in industrial minerals or specialty fillers sales to plastics, polymers, rubber, or paper industries. - Strong experience in leadership roles with proven success in business growth. Key Skills: - In-depth understanding of application requirements for plastics, polymers, and rubber. - Strong strategic account management and negotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership qualities. - Ability to drive and motivate large sales teams. - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Performance Metrics: - Achievement of sales and profitability targets. - Key account expansion and new market penetration. - Development of new product opportunities. - Team capability building and retention. - Customer satisfaction scores.
