We specialize in mobile app development, web applications, SaaS, CRM systems, and custom software solutions. We are looking for Business Development Interns who are ambitious, hardworking, and eager to learn how international B2B IT sales work. You will be trained to identify global clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in closing deals. Role Overview As a Business Development Intern, your primary responsibility is to assist in lead generation, cold outreach, communication with potential clients, and scheduling meetings. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in international sales, marketing, and business development. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation - Identify potential clients who need mobile app or software development services. - Research startups, SMEs, and enterprises in relevant industries. - Build databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc. Cold Outreach - Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages daily. - Manage outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences. - Respond to prospect inquiries and move them into the pipeline. Sales Support - Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested leads. - Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and requirement summaries. - Join client meetings when needed to understand sales flows. CRM & Reporting - Update lead statuses and progress in Google Sheets/CRM. - Maintain daily and weekly performance reports. - Track emails, follow-ups, responses, and meetings. Market Research - Research industries, competitors, and international markets. - Identify new target niches and business opportunities. Required Skills - Excellent English communication (written & verbal). - Strong understanding of social platforms (LinkedIn, email). - Confident, proactive, and target-oriented mindset. - Strong research skills and ability to learn fast. - Basic understanding of mobile apps or IT services (preferred but not mandatory).
