We&aposre Hiring For | Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location(s): Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Anand, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Field Role)

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in generating leads, acquiring FBO(food business operators) partners, and building a strong logistics network for UCO(used cooking oil) collection. The role demands field visits, client conversions, and ensuring operational compliance with FSSAI & RUCO guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and schedule meetings with potential clients (FBOs).
- Conduct field visits to onboard FBOs for UCO supply.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Support in building and managing logistics for UCO collection.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FSSAI & RUCO during collection and supply.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: 02 years (freshers eligible, prior field internship/experience accepted).
- Languages: English preferred, Hindi and local regional language required.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Bene

- Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month
- Allowance: Petrol reimbursement
- Training: 2 months (office-based, included in salary)
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week
- Joining: Preferred within 715 days
