Job Title Legal Operations Manager - CLMLocation UniOps BangaloreWho we arexe2x80xa6and what we offerBe part of the worldxe2x80x99s most successful purpose-led business Work with brands that are well-loved around the world that improve the lives of our consumers and the communities around us We promote innovation big and small to make our business win and grow and we believe in business as a force for good Unleash your curiosity challenge ideas and disrupt processes use your energy to make this happen Our brilliant business leaders and colleagues provide mentorship and inspiration so you can be at your best Every individual here can bring their purpose to life through their work Join us and youxe2x80x99ll be surrounded by inspiring leaders and supportive peers Among them youxe2x80x99ll channel your purpose bring fresh ideas to the table and simply be you As you work to make a real impact on the business and the world wexe2x80x99ll work to help you become a better you Wexe2x80x99re establishing four Legal Powerhouses in Bangalore Mexico City Barcelona and Sxc3xa3o Paulo which will be an integral part of the Legal Function and provide defined structured services to our other lawyers and to the wider business Where this position fits-into the team Part of the Unilever Legal Powerhouse xe2x80x93 a team wexe2x80x99re currently building which consists of around 60 colleagues in BangaloreIntegral part of the Unileverxe2x80x99s Legal Function - a global operation consisting of approximately 500 lawyers and specialistsBased alongside the UniOps Function in Bangalore xe2x80x93 a wider team of 1 600 that powers Unileverxe2x80x99s compass strategy through world class business operations enabled by technology and innovationYour Key Responsibilities Act as the Legal Product Owner for DocuSign CLM and ancillary technologies own develop and deliver the technical roadmap and enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional support teams to drive innovation and automation across the teamDrive communicate and present the product vision roadmap and progress to the internal and external stakeholdersAct as the technical point of contact and manage our ecosystem of external partners to enable a best-in-class technical solutionBe the Subject Matter Expert on DocuSign CLMEnsure the organization is using the tool as effectively as possible and extracting the best from the tool with minimal customisations configurationsManage the Change and Release Management process independentlyOwn the product backlog end-to-end defining the acceptance criteria prioritization and managing the dependencies and risks Design code test deploy and document change requests Ensure that the code meets the quality standards and follows the best practices for performance security scalability and maintainabilityProvide technical support and troubleshooting for the DocuSign CLM application and resolve any issues or bugsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior management Finance IT Procurement and vendorsStay updated with the latest trends technologies and best practices in the contract lifecycle management domain and identify the opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our CLM applicationSkills and Experience Degree or higher in computer science engineering business or related field At least 6 years of experience in product management preferably in the Legal function At least 4 years of experience in managing a DocuSign CLM solutionExpert in configuring and troubleshooting DocuSign WorkflowsExpert in CLM configuration with template rationalization and harmonizationWorked in an in-house legal team with exposure to legal toolsExperience with Salesforce Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies tools and best practices Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAbility to multitask and has tendency to independently execute project cycles and deliverablesStrong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to use data and user feedback to guide product decisionsExperience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience Certified DocuSign CLM AdministratorCertified DocuSign CLM Workflow DeveloperCertified DocuSign CLM Technical ConsultantAt HUL we believe that every individual irrespective of their race colour religion gender sexual orientation gender identity or expression age nationality caste disability or marital status can bring their purpose to life So apply to us to unleash your curiosity challenge ideas and disrupt processes use your energy to make the world a better place As you work to make a real impact on the business and the world wexe2x80x99ll work to help you become a better you Unilever
