What you'll Build Summary: SAP Globalization embraces SAP's strategy of AI First not only for customer-facing functionality but also to automate internal development processes with the goal of delivering localization capabilities faster. This is driven via a project called Law To Action. With Law To Action AI capabilities, we will streamline and automate the process of monitoring, analyzing, and applying regulatory requirements and changes to enable customer compliance with local regulations in multiple countries and industries. Law To Action will cater to various personas in the development process, including product managers, developers, and architects. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven product expert to strengthen our product management team for Law To Action. The Role: As a product expert for Law To Action, you will - Join an established team of product managers dedicated to advancing SAP's AI First strategy in localization and compliance. - Leverage AI technologies to optimize internal workflows, enabling faster and more efficient adaptation to evolving regulatory environments across multiple geographies and industries. - Define and refine product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with existing product management colleagues to accelerate the delivery of localization capabilities. - Drive the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, deployment, and continuous improvement. - Stay ahead of AI trends, proactively identifying opportunities for product enhancement to ensure Law To Action supports our teams in the best possible ways. - Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback from your stakeholders/users to ensure Law To Action continually meets their needs and supports rapid localization capability delivery. - Communicate product updates, progress, and value propositions to both internal users and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency within the organization. What you bring - Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally within AI-driven solutions - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in optimizing workflows - Keen awareness of AI trends and proactive identification of opportunities for product enhancement. - 5+ years of experience in software development (as an actual developer or architect), preferably including ABAP - Excellent skills in collecting, analyzing, and prioritizing stakeholder and user feedback. - Great communication skills for conveying value propositions to both internal users and leadership. - Strong collaboration and alignment abilities to ensure transparency within the organization.
