About MUFG Global Service MGS MUFG Bank Ltd is Japans premier bank with a global network spanning in more than 40 markets Outside of Japan the bank offers an extensive scope of commercial and investment banking products and services to businesses governments and individuals worldwide MUFG Banks parent Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc MUFG is one of the worlds leading financial groups Headquartered in Tokyo and with over 360 years of history the Group has about 120 000 employees and offers services including commercial banking trust banking securities credit cards consumer finance asset management and leasing The Group aims to be the worlds most trusted financial group through close collaboration among our operating companies and flexibly respond to all the financial needs of our customers serving society and fostering shared and sustainable growth for a better world MUFGs shares trade on the Tokyo Nagoya and New York stock exchanges For more informatAbout the Role Position Title Functional Business Analyst- Core Banking System-Deposits CustomerCorporate Title Assistant Vice PresidentInternal Title Manager Assistant Vice PresidentReporting to VPLocation BangalorePurpose of the Role To play a key role in enhancement of Core Banking System CBS related to Customer Deposit and associated modules Main Responsibilities Evaluate business processes and reporting requirement document the requirement and co-ordinate with the development team Good SME in Operations area to identify opportunities prioritization of initiatives and create backlog Lead the discussion of gap analysis including documentation like creation of BRD FSD BRFSD etc Strong hands-on data management and presentation to the management on a regular basis Troubleshooting BAU system issues recording and tracking in JIRA Confluence tools - liaison with HO and Technical teams for timely closure Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and status updates on a regular basis Follow up with the stakeholder and ensure planned timelines are met Ensure solid partnerships across branches and maintain relationships with project stakeholders Collaborate and coordinate with the Technical BA and global partners including vendor Develop and execute User Acceptance Test and Migration Plans Work closely with the Operations team CB team and vendors and ensure the timelines are met without any delays issues Understand the current process Product flow and bring solutions for manual process steps either via Automation via CB or other modes which can be tied up to the process overall Identify issues risks in terms of current process flow and bring right mitigant to protect banks overall Risk parameters Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring solutions and prioritizing initiatives to meet business needs and requirements Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects Translate business requirements into technical specifications for T24 system configuration and customization Work closely with the development and technical teams to ensure successful system implementations and integrations Provide expertise in T24 AA modules configurations and functionality to support project requirements Maintain project related data repository and prepare business process documentation Provide walkthrough and training to business users as required Expertise knowledge required 10-15 years of relevant working experience in bank GCC in Operations Deposits Customer and other Modules including TPH Loans Experience of business requirement creation analyzing and publishing the requirements as per requirements Basic understanding of CBS products and Regulatory and Internal Reporting Deposits Funds Transfer Accounting Information Common Function Strong organizational presentation oral and written communication skills required Working knowledge on project tools like JIRA Confluence MS Project Visio etc Experience of CBS implementation project especially T24 AA modules and T24 Analytics is preferred Experience of managing projects and functional teams Requirements University graduate in business or related field Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Advanced technical documentation fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
