PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design and enhance IT infrastructure to accelerate time-to-market focusing on the development and setup of new tools automation of development workflows and streamlining release processes Collaborate with QA teams to lead performance testing and benchmarking ensuring system reliability and responsiveness Continuously optimize release cycles by proposing improvements to existing processes Track and document time-to-market and time-to-minimize metrics communicate findings to key stakeholders Embed security best practices into all DevOps processes to ensure robust protection across the development lifecycle JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education and Experience Required Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation DevOps Engineer in scalable production environments preferably built on AWS 5 years of experience in programming and infrastructure development Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies API and microservices development scripting and container orchestration Kubernetes ECS Docker Strong experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform Proficient in using MongoDB and Postgres Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies with experience in tools like Azure DevOps for backlog management and iteration tracking Familiarity with CI CD pipelines including tools such as Jenkins Proficient in source code management tools e g Git and repository platforms e g GitHub Bachelor s degree in Computer Science a STEM field or equivalent work experience Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments Preferred 7 years of relevant professional experience Background in QA or testing AWS and or Agile DevOps certifications Additional hands-on experience with Jenkins Terraform and Datadog Skills and Abilities Required Strong conceptual analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced ability to translate business needs into effective system design and technical solutions Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across cross-functional teams including non-technical stakeholders Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities to manage multiple tasks effectively Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment Willingness to work outside regular business hours across different time zones and travel when required Skills AWS Kubernetes Terraform Docker DevOps About Company UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider For more than 20 years UST has worked side by side with the world s best companies to make a real impact through transformation Powered by technology inspired by people and led by purpose UST partners with their clients from design to operation With deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy UST embeds innovation and agility into their clients organizations With over 30 000 employees in 30 countries UST builds for boundless impact touching billions of lives in the process
