Your role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Requirements Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat promptly. - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. - Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction. - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). - 1-5 years of experience in customer service or related field. - Female Candidates are preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to work night shifts (time zone compatibility is essential).
