Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Compensation Cycle Management: - Lead and manage the annual and mid-year compensation cycles (focal point) including system setup, configuration testing, communications, training, and execution. - Pay Programs Execution: - Administer various pay programs, including Long-Term Incentives (LTI), Discretionary LTI (DLTI), pay equity, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments. - Salary Planning & Benchmarking: - Support salary planning, pay recommendations (internal and external), market pricing, and benchmarking exercises. - Job Evaluation & Analytics: - Conduct job evaluations, provide compensation analysis and insights to HR and business leaders, and manage data integrity. - Stakeholder Management: - Partner with regional HR teams, business leaders, and global Total Rewards teams to align and deliver reward strategies. - Process Improvement: - Identify areas for efficiency and automation in compensation processes and help drive improvements.
