Role: Generative AI Engineer / Senior Generative AI Engineer

Note: Strong expertise in RAG and Agentic AI is required

Key Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience developing machine learning models and systems
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agents
- Demonstrated ability to guide engineering teams on technical direction and roadmap execution
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

- LLM Development & Optimisation: Lead the design, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks
- Code Ownership: Write clean, modular, and scalable code in Python and SQL, with an emphasis on performance and reusability
- Cloud Integration: Deploy Generative AI applications on cloud platforms, ensuring efficient use of resources and streamlined CI/CD processes
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across product, data science, and business to deliver impactful GenAI solutions
- Mentorship: Support and guide team members in best practices for ML and GenAI development
- Innovation & R&D: Stay updated on the latest trends in LLMs and Generative AI, and contribute to ongoing innovation through experimentation and prototyping
