Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using tools like Azure and its services, following modern AI system design principles.
- Build AI-powered applications such as intelligent chatbots, text generation systems, intent classifiers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using Python and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific use cases using cloud-based machine learning platforms, applying techniques such as prompt engineering, regularization, and domain adaptation.
- Develop structured response generation systems that combine AI-driven reasoning with business logic to ensure relevance, accuracy, and context sensitivity.
- Integrate generative AI components with APIs, internal tools, and databases to create scalable, interoperable, and production-ready solutions.
- Implement robust testing, versioning, and evaluation workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and design—to align AI functionality with business goals and user needs.
- Stay updated with evolving trends in foundation models, open-source tools, and GenAI research to drive innovation and effective application.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Champion ethical and scalable implementation of Generative AI, ensuring alignment with governance, explainability, and impact standards.
