About the Role Instagram Strategist
We're not looking for someone who just posts pretty pictures. We're on the hunt for an Instagram wizard part trend-chaser, part community-builder, part mad scientist of the algorithm. Someone who knows how to hijack attention in 3 seconds or less, turn casual scrollers into loyal fans, and make Reels so catchy people hit replay without even realizing it.
If you speak fluent meme, can smell a trend before it blows up, and believe captions should be as addictive as the content itself, you're exactly who we're looking for. This isn't just about content calendars and hashtags; it's about building an Instagram presence that people can't ignore.
We're searching for a creative Instagram Strategist who can transform ideas into scroll-stopping content and measurable growth.If you know how to master Instagram's algorithm, ride trending Reels, and build a community that loves to engage, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Instagram-first strategies to grow accounts from zero to a thriving, loyal audience.
- Conceptualize and produce Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts that boost reach and engagement.
- Writing scripts and Planning monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Track performance using Instagram Insights and other analytics tools, optimizing based on data.
- Keep updated with new trends and features
- Engage with followers, manage DMs/comments, and nurture a strong community.
Requirments:
- Experience in Instagram strategy, content creation, or social media marketing of at least 1-4 years
- Proven ability to grow or manage an Instagram account from scratch (portfolio or handles welcome).
- Solid understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and growth tactics.
- Creativity and consistency with a knack for storytelling and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and refine strategy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Instagram tools (Insights, Creator Studio, scheduling apps).
Self-driven, curious, and ready to experiment.
