Job Description – Service Engineer/GET

Location: Mumbai

Department: Service

Position: Service Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Candidate Location: Nagpur and Coimbatore only

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service machinery at client sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (mechanical/electrical) and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machine uptime.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of service activities (reports, checklists, etc.).
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and Head Office for escalations and support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional interaction.

Key Skills Required

- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
