Key ResponsibilitiesFleet & Vehicle ManagementManage allocation of company-owned vehicles to associates in line with company policy.Prepare and maintain Vehicle Management Reports and related documentation.Maintain company car data, purchase and sale documents, insurance, PUC, servicing, Fastag, and Petro Cards.Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance, PUC, and other statutory compliances.Oversee fleet car servicing schedules and maintain vehicle checklists and feedback forms.Handle vehicle incident reporting and maintain proper records.Driver & Vendor CoordinationOrganize periodic driver training and ensure adherence to safety protocols.Hire vehicles and drivers as required, ensuring proper agreements are in place.Coordinate with other location admin teams for inter-location vehicle arrangements.Liaise with vendors for hire vehicles, payments, PR/PO, and contracts.Administrative & Financial SupportManage petty cash transactions and credit card payments.Handle TNE vouchers, PR/PO creation, and advance non-PO processing.Support data collection for internal/external audits.Assist Central Admin in daily operational tasks and provide support for indoor/outdoor events.Manage printing, stationery requirements, and name plate arrangements for new joinees.Handle cake arrangements for office celebrations.Assist in iRoam activation and related travel/communication services.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of fleet and transport management.Good understanding of compliance requirements (insurance, PUC, RTO, etc.).Vendor and contract management skills.Financial awareness for handling petty cash and vouchers.Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word)Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline but can consider making concessions for the right candidate.2–6 years of experience in transport/fleet management or administration.Experience in handling vendor negotiations and compliance documentation.Exposure to corporate admin processes will be an added advantage.Proficiency in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word).
