Key Responsibilities: Design and Creativity: Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital media, print, social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials. Translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the intended message. Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all design projects. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, content, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and make revisions as required. Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality production of materials. Digital Design: Create graphics for websites, social media campaigns, email newsletters, and online advertisements. Design interactive elements, infographics, and multimedia content to enhance user engagement. Optimize digital designs for various platforms, screen sizes, and formats. Print Design: Prepare layouts, graphics, and artwork for brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other printed collateral. Ensure high-quality output for print materials, considering color accuracy, resolution, and format specifications. Collaborate with printers and production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards. Brand Development: Assist in developing visual brand identity, logos, typography, color schemes, and style guides. Ensure all design projects align with the company’s brand values, mission, and messaging. Innovate and suggest new visual strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Track project progress, provide status updates, and communicate effectively with team members. Maintain organized files, assets, and documentation for all design work. Research and Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, software, and industry developments. Research competitor designs and industry benchmarks to create fresh, innovative, and effective visuals. Continuously improve design skills and techniques through learning and experimentation. Skills and Competencies: Creativity: Strong artistic sense and innovative approach to design challenges. Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva. Attention to Detail: Precision in layout, typography, color, and overall design aesthetics.
