The position is based in our Dehradun HQ and is ideal for those looking to build a long-term career in international finance, consulting, and client management.This role offers:Direct client-facing opportunities with SMEs and corporates across geographies.Leadership experience in managing accounts and compliance projects.Significant growth and exposure in a fast-paced, global environment.Key Responsibilities :1. Financial ReportingPrepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and management reports.Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK/USA GAAP or other international accounting standards.2. Auditing & ComplianceAssist with internal and external audits by preparing and providing supporting documentation in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and meet all filing deadlines.3. Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and recommend corrective actions.4. Accounts ManagementOversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconciliations.Manage bank reconciliations, ledger balances, and monitor cash flows.5.
