Job Description Xperteez Technology is Hiring: Automation Test Architect | Bangalore (Hybrid) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Shift: 2 PM 11 PM IST Budget: Up to 30 LPA Start Date: Immediate Role Type: Lead (Team of 45 Members) About the Role Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced Automation Test Architect with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA testing. This is a manager-equivalent position that requires exceptional technical depth, top-tier communication, and the ability to work closely with client stakeholders. If you excel at building automation solutions from the ground up and enjoy solving complex testing challenges, this role is for you Key Responsibilities - Design and establish the Tosca automation framework from scratch. - Work directly with client teams to understand business challenges and deliver impactful solutions. - Lead and mentor a team of 45 QA engineers, ensuring high-quality outcomes. - Automate various SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.). - Drive end-to-end testing processes including regression testing, defect management, and quality assurance. - Collaborate in agile or hybrid project environments. Required Experience & Skills - 10+ years of experience in software testing. - 5+ years hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation. - Strong understanding of SAP processes and S/4HANA automation. - Experience leading small teams and managing complete testing cycles. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
