Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role requires a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary/benefits, and finalize offer letters.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Track and report on employee performance, attendance, and other key HR metrics.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Foster a healthy workplace culture through open communication and employee support.
- Organize employee engagement activities, including Fun Fridays, team-building events, and innovative games/activities.
- Address workplace issues and grievances promptly and professionally.

HR Policies & Reporting

- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies in line with company standards.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment data, track progress, and generate reports.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to optimize hiring strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to maintain balance between performance-driven culture and employee engagement.
