Position Summa ryWe are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to support our Insurance Sales team. This role involves directly interacting with Australian clients, managing inquiries, explaining insurance products, and coordinating with the internal sales team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales coordinatio n. Key Responsibilit - iesAct as the first point of contact for Australian clients (calls & email - s).Support the Sales Team in client communication, follow-ups, and documentati - on.Explain insurance products clearly and confidently to clien - ts.Maintain client data and assist in preparing sales repor - ts.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operatio - ns.Achieve assigned performance goals and maintain service standar - ds.Provide feedback and updates to sales managers regarding client queri es. Qualifications and Sk - ills2–4 years’ experience in front office, customer service, or sales coordinat - ion.Excellent English communication (verbal & writt - en).Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interact - ion.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet timeli - nes.Experience in insurance or financial services prefer red.
