About the Role
As a Bank Officer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, managing CASA and liability accounts, cross-selling third-party products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. This role demands strong sales skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of CASA and liability accounts through field sales, referrals, and cold calling
- Build and manage strong customer relationships
- Achieve branch liability sales targets
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies
- Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products
