Key Responsibilities Greet and assist students parents and visitors with professionalism and courtesy Handle incoming calls respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about courses schedules and institute policies Maintain records of student walk-ins inquiries and admissions Manage front desk operations Coordinate with academic and administrative staff Assist in student admission process and documentation Manage correspondence emails and courier dispatches Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times Required Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills English local language preferred Ability to multitask and handle student parent queries patiently Organizational and time-management skills Pleasing personality with a student-friendly approach Qualifications Graduate in any discipline preferred Prior experience in front office administration in an educational setup will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
