Job Description School Procurement Executive Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore Experience: Minimum 4+ years Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end procurement process for school supplies, equipment, and services. - Identify and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory. - Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs. - Ensure compliance with school procurement policies and budgetary guidelines. - Monitor vendor performance and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers. - Assist in cost analysis and budget forecasting for procurement operations. Key Requirements - Minimum 4 years of experience as a Procurement Executive, preferably in a school or educational institution. - Currently residing in Bangalore. - Ready to travel up to Devanahalli as required. - School transportation provided within a 15 km radius of the school. - Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement software/tools.
