Job Title Sales and Marketing Executive Location Pithampur Madhya Pradesh India Employment Type Full-Time Work from Office Working Hours 10 00 AM to 7 00 PM Industry Aluminium Extrusion B2B Sales We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Pithampur The ideal candidate will have prior experience and knowledge in aluminium extrusion specifically in a B2B sales environment Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the aluminium extrusion market - Identify and target potential clients in various industries including construction automotive and manufacturing - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients - Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs - Regularly report on sales activities pipeline and market feedback Requirements - Proven experience in aluminium extrusion sales particularly in a B2B environment - Strong knowledge of the aluminium extrusion process and its applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Ability to understand and analyze market trends - Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on aluminium extrusion Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Application Question s Can you join immediately Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Aluminium extrusion B2B sales 1 year Required total work 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Hindi Required Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
