Day-to-day sales operations of Lladró boutique include store opening & closing. Is responsible for Retail Sales and customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Retail Sales – Should be excellent in it • Ensuring the highest degree of customer service and in-store experience • Understand customer needs and delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty • Build a long-term relationship with the customer • Maintaining all necessary reports , inventory and VM in line with brand guidelines • Work accurately following standard operating procedures and with an eye for detail • Build in-depth knowledge of the product line, the price ranges and particular specifications relating to the product • Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with • Executing weekly sales plans, delivering needed results • Expanding Customer Database - Data to be well collected, updated & maintained • Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often JOB PROFILE • Education. Bachelor's Degree • Experience: 1 – 5 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury or Premium Retail Brands • Languages: Fluent in English Skills required: ➢ Organized & process oriented ➢ Brand Image Concerned ➢ Ability to write reports ➢ Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills ➢ Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment. ➢ Strong computer & analytical skills • Behavioral competencies: ➢ Responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve services ➢ Manages difficult or emotional customer situations ➢ Demonstrate attention to detail ➢ Ability to effectively present information & respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers ➢ Adhere to company policies & procedures ➢ Supports the organization’s goals & values ➢ Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals and completes tasks on time ➢ Meets challenges & resourcefulness ➢ Adapts to changes in the work environment ➢ Generates suggestions for improving work and develops innovative approaches and ideas ➢ Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Meets productiveness standards, completes work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
