Job Description

An SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializes in implementing and managing the SuccessFactors suite, which is a cloud-based human capital management software. They customize solutions to meet organizational needs, analyze HR processes, and provide efficient configuration and testing.

Responsibilities for SuccessFactors & HR

- Define the activities for the security area for the SuccessFactors initiative
- Effectively handle difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems without the need for supervisory intervention
- Drive quarterly execution of strategic global initiatives which have been identified as target areas for improving customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Lead all aspects of initiative planning and execution ensuring that service delivery excellence is incorporated into each facet of the program, especially each interaction with our customers
- Provide day-to-day management and oversight to the project team(s) accountable for delivering on these initiatives
- Build relationships and partner with teams cross-functionally as needed to ensure successful initiative execution and impart delivery excellence practices through these partnerships
- Identify and report on success metrics for each initiative
- Accurately distinguish which issues are critical, demonstrate flexibility when prioritizing those issues
- Act as a change agent and thought leader by capturing and sharing service delivery best practices across the organization, with partners and customers
- Build a network of relationships, internally and externally, with key partners and customers to stay current on service delivery issues impacting sales, growth and renewals and ensure this feedback is shared and actioned as applicable in initiative execution

Qualifications for SAP SuccessFactors & HR

- Deep and comprehensive knowhow of the SAP/SuccessFactors software
- Deep and comprehensive HR process knowhow, especially Talent Management
