- One or more implementation experience in SAP SF projects
- Support Experience - min 2 yrs (supported the SF And HCM implementation).
- Experience in BIB integration is added advantage from SF to SAP HCM
- Good knowledge in SAP HCM

Functional Proficiency:

- Effectively handle difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems without the need for supervisory intervention
- Deep and comprehensive HR process knowhow, especially Employee Central
- Hands on experience in creating MDF objects to support the solution extensions
- Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies data and reporting.
- Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs.
- Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution.
- Design Configuration workbook giving Proof of Concepts Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
- Trouble shooting in replication errors.
