projects within scope schedule and budget Youll be the driving force for every aspect of a programs success and the conductor who orchestrates everyones efforts to make beautiful music together As the constructing detailed project plans managing teams and leading meetings status calls and planning and cadence meetings You will analyze and mitigate risks manage finances make sure the team has the right skills then plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines deliver on SLAs and generally delight our customers Of course plans often evolve as a project unfolds so youll need to practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery not just task scheduling Responsibilities includeBilling Obtain customer sign-off validate value with Billing Calendar check GST PO number description billing address and ensure SOW Contract compliance Vendor PO Submit new renewal requests confirm value with project FA obtain valid quote raise PR in Ariba get PR approved validate issued PO address audit queries maintain update PO tracker convert PO to Kyndryl letterhead for AEP submission and confirm PO closure Vendor Invoice Confirm service with Tower Leads validate and approve monthly draft invoices resolve differences verify invoices via IPVN address audit queries and coordinate with procurement for invoice payment delays Catalyst Conduct weekly reviews on Catalyst Dashboard align IPPF metrics with weekly SIE update cost revenue forecasts for 4 rolling quarters update roadmap entries based on SIE and tag elemental costs to project ID AR Coordinate with customer and AR team for invoice submission and approvals follow up on pending payments approve credit notes update ARC RRC inventory counts for D O submission with Asset team using data from Summit Solar Wind and Science Logic AEP Manage office access cards process biometric and temporary AEP applications track vendor AEP status maintain AEP BCAS data arrange DD payments authorize vendor applications obtain HR letters for employees and ensure AvSec training for AEP requirements BCAS Update E-Sahaja for BOD shareholding changes manage security clearances and programs submit BOD change letters update ASCO changes attend BCAS meetings send required reports provide forwarding letters for vendor security clearances and maintain all security approvals D O Consider D O from the Master file follow up with employees for submission update SharePoint with Owner Approver details submit to Ops by the 5th get Ops approval by the 10th Governance approval by the 15th resubmit if returned prepare presentation decks for reviews and ensure contractual reports are sent to the customer Governance Submit HC report by the 10th document meeting minutes and action points set up stakeholder meetings and prepare monthly review decks Shift Roster Submit roster by the 1st or last day of the previous month support team during public and restricted holidays and maintain BCP support plan ILC Enable ILC access for new employees initiate DPE approval based on weekly hours create work IDs reconcile labor costs and review cost runover with FA DPE Head Count On-Boarding Off-Boarding File Update and send headcount file to Compliance by the 2nd or 3rd update off-boarding and on-boarding files and create BIAL mail IDs for new joiners Artifacts Data Store files and artifacts in One Drive and manage view edit access based on requirements Contract Copies Maintain master contract documents and manage important links and passwordsBut as important as planning and organization are communication is 90 of the job Youre the single point of contact with the client partners and all stakeholders supporting them and ensuring they get what they need Youre also the bridge to every other team on the project Technical and Professional ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in project managementMust have project management experience and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Project management experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as the role involves working with various leaders and managing project documentationBasic TI knowledge architectural Organization and planning skillsTeamwork with one team philosophyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceMS Project or other Project Management softwareAbility to
