We are seeking an exceptional ESG Client Enablement Specialist to lead customer onboarding, engagement, and success on the Credibl ESG platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our product, advisory, and engineering teams to ensure that enterprise customers across industries are able to effectively implement ESG workflows, navigate sustainability reporting frameworks, and realize value from the platform. This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of ESG and technology - ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainability and building strong, value-driven customer relationships. Role Overview We are looking for an ESG Client Enablement Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to work closely with our clients through the onboarding / implementation / support phases. You will ensure that clients realize value from Credibl's platform, help them navigate ESG frameworks, data workflows, and help build strong relationships, thereby driving retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Guide clients through onboarding: set up ESG data collection pipelines, supplier assessments, materiality assessments, etc. - Act as the main point of contact for clients post sales for support, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth usage of Credibl's platform. - Assist clients in mapping their ESG requirements to the appropriate frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI, CDP, etc.). - Perform training sessions/webinars/workshops for clients to help them use Credibl's reporting dashboards and other tools. - Monitor client usage metrics, identify pain points, propose improvements (product / process). - Liaise with internal teams (product, engineering, advisory) to ensure that feedback and issues from clients are addressed. - Support renewal discussions and ensure high client satisfaction. - Occasionally assist in data validation / quality checks for clients if required. Required Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years of work experience in a client-facing role, especially in ESG, sustainability, compliance, or data reporting. - Experience or familiarity with ESG frameworks (CSRD, ESRS, GRI, CDP, SASB, etc.). - Strong understanding of data workflows, dashboards, analytics. - Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical / sustainability jargon into clear guidance for clients. - Problem solving mindset; ability to handle multiple clients / issues simultaneously. - Good stakeholder management, relationship building. - Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment; willingness to adapt. Bonus / Nice to have - Experience with AI or software platforms for ESG or sustainability. - Knowledge of supply chain traceability or financed emissions. - Prior experience working with consulting or advisory side of ESG. - Exposure to assurance / audits in sustainability reporting.
