About the job

- Design Development: Assist in developing visual concepts, graphic elements, and design layouts for various marketing materials such as print ads, digital ads, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.

- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and other members of the creative team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to concept development, and participate in design critiques to improve the overall quality of the work.

- Design Production: Support the design team in preparing and executing design files for print and digital production. Ensure that the final deliverables meet technical specifications and are ready for publication or implementation.

- Branding and Style Guidelines: Adhere to established brand guidelines and style guides to maintain consistency across all marketing materials. Help enforce brand standards and ensure that visual assets align with the client's brand identity.

- Image Editing and Retouching: Assist in editing and retouching images, including color correction, cropping, resizing, and enhancing visual elements to ensure high-quality graphics that meet client requirements.

- Creative Research: Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct research to gather inspiration, references, and relevant visual materials to inform and enhance the design process.

- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ensure efficient workflow by prioritizing tasks, coordinating with team members, and seeking assistance when needed.

- Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CoralDraw or other industry-standard tools to create, edit, and finalize design projects. Stay updated on software updates and advancements.

- Experience: 1-2 years. Freshers can also apply for a good advertising experience and training.
