Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within IT companies, and must possess a strong graphic designing certificate.
You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for internal and client-facing projects.
This is a hybrid role in Pune that requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create visually appealing designs for web, print, and digital media based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and product teams to produce high-quality designs.
- Develop design concepts, prototypes, and layouts for presentations, websites, and social media.
- Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Maintain consistency across design elements for both internal and client projects.
- Take feedback from stakeholders and implement revisions to meet project goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide design insights and recommendations for future projects.
Required Skills & Competencies :
- 3+ years of experience in graphic designing within IT companies.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Must possess a Graphic Design Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Understanding of web design and familiarity with design systems.
- Relocation exposure and the ability to work hybrid in Pune.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Graphic Design Certification is a must.
