Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that back office, banking operation tasks including but not limited toConsumer Identification Program (CIP) & Office of Foreign Asset and Controls (OFAC),account reconciliations, transactional processing check research and resolutionprocessing, related to Consumer Directed Healthcare claims and Health SavingsAccount inquiries are executed within all parameters and guidelines as outlined by thecompany policies and practices.Apply general processing procedures, and specific guidelines to correctly processrequests HSA Banking Requests as well as notional claim processing requestsMaintain daily productivity goals as set by organization objectives.Communicate effectively with internal and external constituents and respond to allsubmitted work requests within respective SLAs.Provide a consistent and quality work product, including identification of metrics andtrends, reporting findings to upper management, and take a proactive approach toidentify and eliminate potential processing issues.Maintain daily operations and help to assess and align procedures and streamlineworkflow that impact operational process with the end result being increasedefficiency.Maintain an intimate knowledge of companys general business practices, policies andproduct offerings.Perform other related duties and/or works on special projects as assigned bysupervisor or manager.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelors/ masters degree0 to 6months work experience in banking operation roleExperience working in multiple processing environments executing back-officesupportKnowledge of Health Savings Accounts preferred.Excellent communication skills Certificate Course (ITI), Diploma, 10th Pass (SSC), 12th Pass (HSE), No Education/Schooling, Any Post Graduate, Any Graduate, Other Course
