MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG's global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role: Provide Support to Branches across Asia Pacific for e-banking channel and trade product Position Title: Analyst Corporate Title: Analyst Reporting to: AVP / VP Location: Bengaluru Job Profile: Position details - Respond branch to inquiries via phone and email regarding status of client's e-banking and trade product registration applications - Performs registrations of channel related applications - Acts as checker in registrations of channel related applications - Meet agreed SLA on applications turnaround time - Resolve issues related to incomplete forms with respective branches. - Maintain accurate records of applications, registrations register and clients' record database - Support branches in collating and preparing required reports for internal reporting.
