This full-time role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and other recruitment processes. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business operations. Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in candidate sourcing using various channels and strategies to identify potential candidates. - Skilled in interview scheduling to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers efficiently. - Experienced in resume screening to evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements. - Strong talent acquisition skills to develop recruitment plans and execute sourcing activities effectively. - Ability to conduct Boolean searches to enhance sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines. - Proficient in offer negotiation to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational needs. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders in the recruitment process. - Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Roles and Responsibilities - Conducting job analysis and preparing job descriptions to attract suitable candidates. - Utilizing various recruitment channels to source potential candidates for open positions. - Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies. - Conducting reference checks and background verifications as needed. - Negotiating job offers and ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations. - Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date recruitment database and records.
