Job Summary The IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the hospital s entire IT infrastructure ensuring smooth operation of hospital software systems such as Grapes HIS EMR LIS and PACS The role includes system administration data security troubleshooting vendor coordination and supporting end-users to ensure efficient healthcare IT operations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations and manage all hospital software systems Grapes HIS EMR LIS PACS Ensure seamless integration and functioning of Grapes ERP and other clinical administrative software Maintain and monitor servers networks routers switches firewalls and backup systems Administer user accounts roles and access controls across all hospital platforms Coordinate with vendors for Grapes and other software support updates and issue resolution Manage database backups data migration and ensure information security compliance Maintain accurate IT documentation including credentials asset registers and network diagrams Provide training and technical support to staff on Grapes and other hospital software Ensure compliance with NABH and data protection standards Supervise IT team members and allocate tasks for system maintenance and user support Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field Master s preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management preferably in hospital or healthcare settings Hands-on experience in Grapes software and hospital management systems HIS EMR LIS PACS Strong knowledge of networking Windows Linux servers and database management SQL Familiar with data security protocols NABH HIPAA guidelines and cloud-based backup systems Excellent troubleshooting documentation and vendor coordination skills Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Leadership and team management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure and support 24x7 hospital operations Job Type Full-time Pay From 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
