Key Responsibilities Product Catalog Management - Handle end-to-end catalog management including creating updating and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms - Ensure accurate product details descriptions images and specifications are uploaded and regularly updated Bulk Listings - Manage bulk product uploads using automation tools and macros to ensure efficient and timely execution - Implement processes to streamline bulk listing tasks ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms Automation Tools Utilization - Leverage macros and other automation tools to enhance the speed and efficiency of catalog management tasks - Continuously explore and implement new tools to improve the overall catalog management process Quality Assurance - Regularly review and audit product listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company standards - Resolve any discrepancies or errors in product listings promptly Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with marketing sales and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and accurate representation online - Work closely with the IT and development teams to implement new features or tools that enhance catalog management Data Analysis Reporting - Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for catalog optimization - Prepare reports on catalog accuracy listing performance and other key metrics Qualifications Skills - 2-8 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management with a focus on bulk listings and automation - Proficient in using macros and other automation tools for bulk uploads - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems CMS - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication and collaboration skills ref updazz com
