Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAdmission Counsellorto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in student counselling, admissions management, and achieving enrolment targets within the education sector. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process and ensuring an exceptional enrolment experience. Key Responsibilities - Counsel and guide students and parents regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements. - Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing accurate and timely information about courses and admission processes. - Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to enrolment. - Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to organize seminars, webinars, open houses, and counselling sessions. - Maintain and update student databases, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards. - Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. - Assist in developing strategies to enhance student engagement and retention. - Stay updated with current education trends, course offerings, and competitor activities. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum2 years of experiencein student counselling, admissions, or education sales. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Passion for education and student success. Preferred Skills - Familiarity with digital marketing and lead management tools. - Multilingual ability is a plus.
