Job Description: Manager Mechanical Design Centum Electronics Ltd is a leading ESDM (Electronics System Design & Manufacturing) Indian Multinational Company founded in 1994 that offers, Mission Critical design, development & manufacturing of customized system/subsystem solutions for high-reliability applications for global customers in Defense, Aerospace, Space, Industrial, Medical, and Transportation domain. Centum is a leading industry partner for India's DRDO labs, Defence PSUs as well as the Indian Space Research Organization having delivered mission critical electronics on major missile, radar, electronic warfare & satellite applications. Centum's unique microelectronics capability enables the development of lightweight, high reliability electronics for on-board applications. Job Profile & Responsibilities: - Shall have 8 to 12 years of experience in Mechanical design of electronic and RADAR systems. - Shall be bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. - Lead the mechanical design of complete RADAR systems and their sub-systems. - Drive concept development, prototyping, validation, and transition to production. - Design and develop gimbals, pedestals, and kinematic mechanisms for RADAR manoeuvrability. - Oversee structural and thermal design, including high-wattage cooling systems and their validation. - Manage the development and testing of radomes, actuators, and motor-integrated mechanisms. - Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure mechanical integrity across assemblies. - Design and validate cable and harness routing and retention at the system level. - Conduct system-level mechanical analysis and testing of RADAR systems and sub-systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, systems, and manufacturing. - Utilize CAD tools (preferably SolidWorks) for 3D modeling, and documentation Interested can share updated CV to mail with below mentioned details : CTC: ECTC: Notice period:
