Job Description Acsia Technologies is hiring for DSP Radar Algorithm Developer Job Location - Trivandrum Exp - 5 to 10 yrs Role Overview As a Radar Developer for the Client radar program, you will be responsible for developing and integrating radar signal processing algorithms and embedded software for next-generation automotive radar systems. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver high-performance radar solutions aligned with Client's safety, performance, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Radar Signal Processing & Algorithm Development - Design and implement radar algorithms: FFT, Doppler, clustering, tracking, angle estimation. - Optimize radar pipeline blocks for performance and memory. - Develop custom modules for urban clutter, multipath mitigation, and low-SNR scenarios. Embedded Software Development - Develop radar firmware for automotive-grade ECUs. - Port algorithms to DSPs and FPGAs (TI, NXP, Infineon). - Implement drivers and middleware for radar sensor integration. - AUTOSAR Calibration & Testing - Perform range, angle, and velocity calibration. - Support radar-in-the-loop, HIL, and SIL testing. - Validate radar performance under real-world driving conditions. System Integration & Validation - Integrate radar with vehicle platforms and sensor fusion stacks. - Conduct scenario-based validation and ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and NCAP radar protocols. Lifecycle Support & Diagnostics - Support radar calibration during production and after-sales. - Analyze field issues and provide fixes for deployment challenges. Required Skills & Experience - Strong foundation in radar physics, RF fundamentals, and MIMO radar. - Proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB. - Experience with AUTOSAR BSW stack and UDS. - Familiarity with radar SDKs, embedded platforms, and RTOS. - Hands-on experience with radar testing tools (CANoe, radar chambers). - Knowledge of AI/ML-based radar perception is a plus.
