We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR functions, recruitment, operations, and payroll processes. Key Points: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Oversee HR operations including employee records, payroll, and compliance. - Develop performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives. - Ensure legal compliance and handle employee grievances. - Design and update company policies in line with industry standards. - Coordinate training and development programs. - Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit. - Foster a positive work culture and employee relations. - Bachelor's Degree with an MBA in HR. - Minimum 12 years of experience in HR Functions, Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll. - Knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle a team of 3-5 members. - Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be preferred. - Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred
