Job Title IT Technical Recruiter Location Vadodara Onsite Employment Type Full-time About the Role Navitas Partners LLC is looking for a IT Technical Recruiter to connect top IT talent with our growing client base In this role you ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients You ll collaborate closely with Account Managers Delivery Leads and Client Services to deliver a seamless hiring experience Responsibilities Source and engage qualified IT professionals through job boards social media referrals and networking Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to align candidates with client needs Build and maintain pipelines across diverse IT skill sets developers engineers analysts etc Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and priorities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle posting interviewing submissions and negotiations Track candidate activity and pipeline progress in ATS CRM systems Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups Qualifications 2 years of technical recruiting experience ideally within IT staffing Knowledge of a wide range of IT roles skills and technologies Java NET Cloud DevOps Data etc Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Dice Indeed Monster and similar tools Excellent communication organizational and negotiation abilities Experience with ATS platforms e g JobDiva preferred Bachelor s degree in Business HR IT or related field preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization Supportive team culture with ongoing training Exposure to high-profile IT clients and challenging projects
