Internship Overview

We are offering an exciting unpaid / Paid ( based on Performance ) internship opportunity in our Human Resources department. This role is designed for enthusiastic students looking to gain hands-on experience in DM practices within a fast-paced corporate setting. As an intern, you will support various DM functions, learn industry best practices, and contribute to projects that impact our organization&aposs talent management and employee engagement strategies.

While this is an unpaid position, it provides invaluable real-world experience, mentorship from seasoned DM professionals, and the chance to build a strong professional network. This internship can also fulfill academic credit requirements (subject to your institution&aposs approval).

Workflow:

- Learn basics of digital ads, SEO, and campaign design.
- Prepare weekly social media promotion strategies (organic only).
- Run hashtag-based campaigns & trend analysis.
- Collaborate with content & design teams to roll out posts.
- Collect analytics (likes, reach, engagement) and report.

Indirect Outcome: Audience is constantly funneled to Repestros social handles, boosting visibility.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs program .
- Strong interest in DM and a desire to learn about Digital Marketing and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Digital ads, creativity, mailing, page handling, designing,
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
- Availability to commit to at least 15-20 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
- Prior experience in DM or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
