Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Draft and create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and email newsletters.

Social Media Management: Assist with creating, scheduling, and publishing posts, as well as monitoring engagement on various social platforms.

Campaign Support: Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and organic/paid search.

Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing data and insights.

Website Assistance: Update and optimize website content, and assist with SEO best practices.

Reporting: Prepare reports on campaign performance and marketing data for the team.

Collaboration: Work with the broader marketing team on various initiatives and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for content creation and teamwork.

Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media platforms, website content management systems, and basic analytics tools is beneficial.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks.

Learning Agility: A strong desire to learn and the ability to quickly process new information.

Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets) and potentially design tools like Adobe Photoshop.
