Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Telephony Engineer. The Telephony Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of telephony systems, including Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Tasks include performing system troubleshooting, providing technical support to resolve telephony-related issues, and optimizing system performance. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of telephony services. Qualifications - Experience with IVR systems and VoIP technologies - Strong knowledge of telephony systems and related infrastructure - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Experience providing technical support in a professional environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with teams - Familiarity with enterprise telephony platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred - Certifications such as Cisco CCNA Collaboration or similar are advantageous
