You’re comfortable jumping between product vision and SQL queries; between refining UX flows and talking to users; between market thinking and execution. What you’ll do You’ll operate like a full-stack product builder: discover → design → build → launch → measure → improve. Your work will span: - Designing & shipping features that help users discover, evaluate & invest - Driving product narratives & product-led growth loops - Building flows that create trust, habit, and confidence - Running product experiments using SQL, Mixpanel, GA - Conducting user research with founders, operators & investors - Benchmarking and bringing learnings from top global products - Working closely with engineering & content to turn insights into product - Defining early product culture, rituals, and pace This is a high-ownership, high-ambiguity environment. You don’t wait for resources — you create momentum. Must-haves - 4+ years experience building digital products (ideally early-stage startup) - Proven ability to ship, learn, and iterate quickly - Strong product intuition backed by data thinking - Comfort working across UX, engineering, and analytics - Curiosity about finance, investing, and wealth tech Degrees don’t define you — but if you have one, likely CS, business, or psychology.
