About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our call centre team. As an inbound call centre representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and professional assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages related to reservations, inquiries, and feedback. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing detailed information about our services, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple channels of communication simultaneously. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, supporting the company's reputation for service excellence. Qualifications - Prior experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using basic computer applications such as web browsers, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Availability to work flexible hours, including late-night shifts, early mornings, and weekends, as required. - Immediate joiners will be given preference. Responsibilities - Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages efficiently, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. - Monitor communication channels to ensure no customer query or complaint is overlooked. - Provide comprehensive information regarding our products, services, and reservation processes to customers. - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. - Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, working towards effective resolutions. - Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality. - Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
