were involved If you want to make an impact on a global scale come make a difference at Fiserv Job Title Advisor Software Architecture DevOps Multi-cloud Infrastructure Management Design deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms including Azure GCP and AWS Utilize Infrastructure as Code IaC tools like Terraform to provision and maintain cloud resources in an automated and scalable manner Implement best practices for cloud resource utilization cost optimization and security across different cloud environments Scripting and Automation Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash scripting and Python to streamline deployment processes and enable efficient infrastructure management Automate routine operational tasks such as deployment monitoring and scaling to enhance system reliability and reduce manual effort Microservices and Containerization Architect and implement microservice-based applications leveraging containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and resilient microservice architectures that align with business requirements Cloud Networking and Security Configure and manage network architectures security groups load balancers and firewall rules in cloud environments to ensure secure and reliable application connectivity Implement and maintain cloud-native security practices including identity and access management IAM encryption and vulnerability management Incident Management Deliver standard incident management process Resolve incidents within established BPA and service times Investigate and coordinating incident resolution for all escalated incidents Identify correct component teams and engage them for resolution Oversee all severity 1 severity 2 tickets through to resolution including severity 3 incidents as warranted Oversee emergency changes as related to a current service interruption Prepare post incident review documents and attend problem management review Prepare post incident review documents and attend problem management review meetings to ensure determination of root cause Accurate appropriate and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders Provide after-hours on-call incident management support This is a 24-hour 7-day a week requirement assigned on a rotational basis Change Management Accepts and reviews Requests for Change RFC submitted by multiple business units requiring technical knowledge of infrastructure and business environment for proper assessment to ascertain potential business impact Ensures strict adherence to established process and procedures for audit compliance Ensures adequate information is supplied for assessment of full impact Collaborates with requestors to ensure proper documentation is provided within RFC and coordinates with CMDB Librarian if CI is missing or not identified correctly within the RFC Facilitates meetings to address change inefficiencies or identified risks with strong negotiation skills and ability to build consensus to avoid potential business impact Contributes as Change Management subject matter expert SME in support of end user requests for support and in outward communications to end users Responds promptly to phone email office communicator and in-person requests as needed Thank you for
