NR Administrative Support Manage the Business Head s calendar schedule appointments and organize meetings to optimize time efficiency Handle all incoming correspondence prioritizing and directing inquiries appropriately Prepare and review documents reports and presentations for the Business Head Prepare MIS reports and track company performance providing insights into progress across various timeframes Prepare and distribute performance reports to senior management for strategic decision-making Identify and mitigate risks associated with business support functions implementing controls and contingency plans as necessary Project Coordination Support the planning execution and monitoring of key projects to ensure timely completion adherence to scope and high-quality standards Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure project milestones are achieved Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to the Business Head Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment and achieve business goals Support and coordinate client visits board meetings and other key events ensuring all logistical details are managed Operational Efficiency Oversee the allocation of resources ensuring that staff and budget are utilized effectively to meet organizational needs Oversee daily operations within the Business Head Office to ensure smooth and efficient processes Support in the implemention of administrative systems and procedures to improve workflow and efficiency Conduct research and analysis on industry trends market conditions and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and performance metrics Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and service providers negotiating contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services Meeting Coordination and Documentation Prioritize and handle incoming correspondence acting as a liaison between the CEO and other departments Organize and coordinate client visits MRM and BRM preparing minutes and following up on action plans Ensure effective documentation and communication of meeting outcomes to relevant parties Innovation and Technology Integration Cordinate with departments to identify and implement emerging technologies that enhance business outcomes Prepare presentations for budgets future plans conferences and seminars through innovative technological solutions Key Stakeholders - Internal Department Heads- Business Head Finance and Accounts Human Resources Key Stakeholders - External External Consultant Government Officials Regulatory Bodies Responsibilities Responsible for preparing coal mining and mining sector analysis - Strong understanding of financial concepts - Advanced knowledge of MIS reporting tools Prepare presentations for budgets future plan monthly business review meetings conferences seminars Coordinate involve in daily Project Review Meetings Strategic planning meetings prepare MOM and monitor the progress of actions taken Analyze daily monthly MIS reports and track the performance as and when required Review CAPEX proposals on a regular basis and report on the cost overruns Coordinate with Site Head HODs CoCs on budgets forecasts performance operational issues ongoing projects tasks correspondence information required by CoMD Analyze systems and processes and recommend suggestions for improvements Process document through NIS PR SES as per instruction and Check the bills 8 documents before final approval by CoMD Qualifications Bachelor of Technology B Tech in Mining Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in the coal mining industry demonstrating strong strategic thinking effective communication skills and solid financial acumen
