Job Description

We are seeking a Manager Materials Development Electrical to lead the component development of digital and mechanical speedometers, as well as fuel level sensors. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of speedometer development, possessing deep knowledge of the materials, machines, and tooling involved in their manufacturing. This role requires expertise in component testing, homologation requirements (AIS, ECE, FMVSS, VSCC, CCC), and strong familiarity with DFMEA and PFMEA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Component Development: Lead the development of digital, mechanical Speedometers and Fuel Level Sensors.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete life cycle of Speedometer development, from concept to production.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of machines, tooling, fixtures, and gauges used in the manufacturing of Speedometer assemblies.
- Material Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge of materials utilized in Speedometer assemblies.
- Testing & Homologation: Oversee the testing of components and ensure compliance with homologation requirements for both domestic and export markets (e.g., AIS, ECE, FMVSS, VSCC, CCC).
- Quality & Cost Management: Implement and practice DFMEA and PFMEA. Conduct cost estimation and settlement for part, tooling, and fixture costs. Apply knowledge of quality systems to ensure high standards.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in the complete life cycle of Speedometer development.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machines, tooling, fixtures, and gauges.
- In-depth understanding of materials used in Speedometer assemblies.
- Proficiency in component testing and adherence to international homologation standards (AIS, ECE, FMVSS, VSCC, CCC).
- Practical experience with DFMEA and PFMEA.
- Skills in cost estimation and settlement for manufacturing components.
- Familiarity with quality management systems.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
