This role is responsible for driving digital transformation on the shop floor, enabling operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing processes.u00A0 Key in the IT Industry with at least 10 years in the pharma industry working with data and minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team.u00A0u00A0 u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Extensive experience in shop floor execution technologies, Tulip application development, and data management.u00A0 u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.u00A0 u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, and LIMS systems.u00A0 u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology teams
