Job Description ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY AEM Sites - Create, edit, and publish pages - Manage properties, metadata, content hierarchy, navigation, versioning, and support authors AEM Assets - Upload, tag, organize, and manage digital assets - Handle metadata, renditions, linking, versioning, and approvals User & Permission Management - Create/manage user accounts and groups - Assign roles/permissions - Configure access control - Support SSO and LDAP Workflow & Publishing - Monitor/troubleshoot workflows - Manage workflow models - Support scheduled publishing/unpublishing - Resolve replication issues System & Configuration - Manage OSGi configs/bundles - Configure dispatcher caching - Monitor system health/logs - Support CRXDE Lite access Security & Compliance - Apply access restrictions - Monitor audit logs - Ensure asset licensing compliance - Support secure asset delivery Monitoring & Reporting - Track site/asset analytics - Monitor authoring/publishing - Generate reports on broken links, unused assets, outdated content Environment & Deployment - Support code deployments, package installs, environment configs (Dev/QA/Prod) - Assist with backup/restore - Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD Customization & Scripting - Develop and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and workflows - Write scripts (e.g., Groovy, Sling, JCR queries) for automation, troubleshooting, and advanced content operations - Collaborate with developers for platform enhancements DESIRED SKILLS - 6 years experience in AEM administration - Strong knowledge of AEM Sites/Assets, workflows, user management, OSGi, dispatcher, and system monitoring - Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, security, and DevOps/CI-CD practices - Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills GOOD TO HAVE - Adobe certification - Experience with CRXDE Lite, scripting, and web analytics EDUCATION - Bachelors in computer science, IT, or related field. WORK LOCATION - Pune / Remote (For remote employees, travel to Raipur will be required for onboarding and for a two-week period every quarter).
